• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

• Payments for services are generally non-refundable but may be adjusted toward future sessions at our discretion.

• Only salon-approved, premium products are used in all services.

• Hair Zone is not liable for side effects caused by misuse of products outside the salon.
